“Mindfulness for Creatives” is a program designed to help content creators develop a mindset that will unlock their ultimate potential. I’ve developed a practice that will give you the tools to navigate your thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
Inspired by tried and true exercises that world class performers and leaders have used for centuries, this practice will help you become the best version of yourself.
Lowers high blood pressure
Lowers the levels of blood lactate, reducing anxiety
Decreases tension-related pain, such as, tension headaches, ulcers, insomnia, muscle and joint problems

“Mindfulness for Creatives” is broken up into multiple sessions, each centered on a different theme. The themes function as an outline to guide the process, but the details get filled in by you. As each person's needs are different, you are given the space to define your goals and map out your journey. My role, is to guide you along the way and hold you accountable, so that you can become the ultimate version of yourself. So let’s get to it, the sleeping giant within awaits…
